Lead software selection, design and implementation of a comprehensive warehouse management system for the company's warehouse facilities.
Conducted an assessment of the company's IT project portfolio and project management capabilities. Identified and implemented numerous improvements leading to more consistent, reliable project delivery and measurable improvement in capital utilization & ROI.
Established an Operational and Project Services Catalog based on ITIL Standards. Implemented online service request, tracking and management system to provide company wide access to IT services.
Designed and developed SharePoint Portal for use by the IT PMO. Provided consolidated document storage, issues management, resource management and other essential project related functions.
Developed communication and change management plans related to IT reorganization.
