Lead development of a custom SFA system for the company's mobile sales force. The system enabled sales teams to create custom quotations and sales orders for commercial building electrical systems. The quotation system utilized a custom configuration engine which allowed for graphical assembly of Siemens electrical products based on physical attributes and electrical property compatibility.
Lead the selection of a new manufacturing system. Conducted cross-division interviews and surveys which inventoried requirements of manufacturing requirements. Developed RFPs and solicited proposals from multiple software and implementation vendors. Facilitated workshops leading to vendor selection.
Designed and established project review and approval program which utilized Economic Value Added (EVA) model to maximize return on the company's investment through the use of Business Case project justification.
