Project​Results
ERP Implementation Project Assessment

​Conducted assessment of an ongoing, troubled EPICOR ERP system implementation.   Utilizing 5 Points Assessment Methodology the effort identified numerous project shortcomings in governance, reporting, scope and resourcing.  The 5 Points team provided recommendations for project recovery and were later asked to lead a revised ERP implementation and consolidation effort.

Company Consolidation Strategy

​Developed comprehensive strategy and implementation plan for consolidation of the five independent companies acquired by the Private Equity firm.   The strategy addressed both business and IT system integration considerations.

Consolidation Program Management​Following the Company Consolidation Plan, lead the management of 12 separate projects related to the integration of acquired companies.  Installed program management systems and reporting.  Actively advised Private Equity board of project status. 
​Enterprise Data Consolidation & Reporting

​Implemented a data warehouse which consolidated sales, inventory, financial and operational data from five different enterprise systems.   Developed Tableau dashboards and reports for use in business analytics and decision making until new ERP system implementation.   The same database, reports, and dashboards were designed for use in loading the new ERP system and to serve as ongoing Business Intelligence system once the new ERP system is in place.
