​As part of corporate reengineering program, lead the design, development and implementation of a new Price & Promotions Management system.   The system was designed to optimize the design and management of off-ticket programs offered to the company's retail, restaurant and commercial clients.  The program provided real-time profit analysis based on the selected program combinations resulting in < 6 month return on system development investment.

​Enterprise Data Warehouse ​Lead the design and implementation of a data warehouse which captured sales, promotion, and related data from Pepsi and its independent bottlers.
